Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, agreements, and deliveries of DigiBuur, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 3 – Services
DigiBuur provides digital support and AI-based automations for entrepreneurs. The services may include, among other things, intake forms, emails, social media posts, and content generation. DigiBuur does not guarantee any specific result, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 4 – Quotations & Agreements
All quotations are non-binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
An agreement is formed at the moment the customer accepts an offer from DigiBuur, in writing or via email.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
In the event of non-payment, DigiBuur reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services.
Article 6 – Liability
DigiBuur is not liable for any damage arising from the use of its services, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
All content delivered by DigiBuur (such as texts, formats, and tools) remains the property of DigiBuur, unless agreed otherwise.
The customer receives a non-exclusive right of use for their own business purposes.
Article 8 – Cancellation & termination
A customer may cancel an assignment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the service delivery.
In the event of later cancellation, DigiBuur may charge costs for work already performed.
Article 9 – Changes to the terms
DigiBuur reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website.
Article 10 – Governing law
All legal relationships with DigiBuur are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Friesland.
